– The deadline for exchange for manufacturing defect is de 3 calendar days  from the date of receipt

– Requests after this deadline will not be accepted.

– The product must be sent in the original packaging, with the original label and bag.

– We reserve the right not to fulfill our obligation to cancel, exchange or repair any product that clearly shows signs of misuse.
